Our Journey In 2014, what began as a backpacking trip along Australia's east coast ignited a passion for its rich coffee culture. This inspiration led to the birth of our first café in Midtown.
Today, we proudly operate two cafés in Hell's Kitchen. By frequently rotating our single-origin beans and exploring various coffee processes, we've cultivated a loyal community of regulars. Our patrons come with open minds, always eager to discover something new.
There's an abundance of exceptional coffee out there. Our motto is to meticulously select and bring the finest quality coffees to the masses. We continuously cup new coffees to ensure we source the best.
Currently, we roast our beans in Brooklyn at Shared 1.
